Roundtables & Business Advocacy

We Listen. We Gather. We Advocate.

At the Lincoln Chamber of Commerce, we understand that sometimes the best solutions come from honest conversations between the right people at the right time. That’s why we periodically host Roundtables—small, focused discussions that bring together businesses, government representatives, and key stakeholders around a specific issue affecting our community.

These are not regular events—they are responsive and purpose-driven, launched when a topic emerges that needs focused attention. If you’re a business owner or operator experiencing a challenge that deserves a conversation, we encourage you to submit a request below.

Upcoming Roundtables

Past Roundtables

We’ve hosted roundtables on topics ranging from small business taxation to tourism strategy and infrastructure planning. These events help guide our advocacy efforts at all levels.

Lincoln Tariff Response Team

In response to the 2025 tariff increases from the United States, the Lincoln Chamber of Commerce, Downtown Bench Beamsville BIA, and the Town of Lincoln have joined forces to better understand and address the local impact on our business community.

Together, we’ve launched the Lincoln Tariff Response Team to:

  • Hear directly from affected businesses
  • Elevate concerns to municipal, provincial, and federal leadership
  • Explore ways to support businesses on the ground
  • This is an evolving issue and we are actively seeking feedback.

Let Us Know What’s Affecting You

Whether it’s local legislation, industry challenges, or economic pressures, your voice matters. We use submissions from our business community to shape the focus of future roundtables.
