Arms Open Counselling is a heart-centred psychotherapy practice serving individuals, couples, and families in Beamsville, Smithville and Dunnville. Rooted in warmth, compassion, and evidence-based care, our team helps people navigate real-life challenges using approaches like the Gottman Method, Emotion-Focused Therapy, solution-focused therapy and DBT. We are known for being deeply community-embedded — supporting local families while creating spaces where healing and connection can thrive.

In addition to being recognized at the 2025 Outstanding Business Achievement Awards, Angela and the Arms Open team are active, engaged members of the community year-round. They proudly participate in the West Lincoln Santa Claus Parade, bringing joy, connection, and a touch of mental-health awareness to local families. They’re also active contributors within the West Lincoln Women’s Network and attendees of the Dunnville Hospital Fundraising Gala, demonstrating their ongoing commitment to community support, collaboration, and giving back.
