Arms Open Counselling is a heart-centred psychotherapy practice serving individuals, couples, and families in Beamsville, Smithville and Dunnville. Rooted in warmth, compassion, and evidence-based care, our team helps people navigate real-life challenges using approaches like the Gottman Method, Emotion-Focused Therapy, solution-focused therapy and DBT. We are known for being deeply community-embedded — supporting local families while creating spaces where healing and connection can thrive.

They’re also active contributors within the West Lincoln Women’s Network and attendees of the Dunnville Hospital Fundraising Gala, demonstrating their ongoing commitment to community support, collaboration, and giving back.
